Lotus Behavioral Services

“Lotus Behavioral Services is an agency that seeks to provide behavioral support for people with disabilities and or behavioral needs across the spectrum of ages within the state of Connecticut. Lotus has two primary branches that provides behavioral support and parent/staff training. 

• The Family Branch supports for Children & Youth within the home environment. The focus is on parent training and families are further supported with Behavioral Technicians/RBTs and BCBA oversight. 

• The Adult & Consultation Branch supports a spectrum of ages and disabilities within the DDS system that range from young adults transitioning into DDS all the way to geriatrics. Services are available for all modes of support; Day Programs, Residential Group Homes, Community Companion Homes, Independent Living, Vocational, etc. 

As an agency that provides services for individuals with Autism, we are dedicated to maintaining and promoting the use of positive behavioral support and applied behavior analysis strategies to increase functional living skills and encourage positive behavioral change across all environments. 

As an agency that provides services for adolescents or adults with disabilities across all environments, we are dedicated to disseminating the knowledge of applied behavior analysis within the DDS field. Applied behavior analysis strategies are used to increase functional living skills and encourage positive behavioral change for individuals with disabilities, provide family supports, and provide Residential and Day-Program Agency with trainings/support services. “ 

This behaviorist is committed to responding to any questions or comments regarding ABA Services in a timely manner. This behaviorist is committed to providing the best quality service to clients, which includes timely, professional communication. The clients will be provided with the telephone numbers and email addresses of those individuals involved in direct treatment service and planning. 

This behaviorist does not offer on-call coverage for ABA services on a 24-hour basis. As a client, all emails or phone calls will be returned within a reasonable amount of time, or within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated.
